"Emma is a Cumbrian-based paper artist living on the edge of the Lake District National Park.
With a strong academic background, she holds a Master's degree in Design, having first completed studies in three-dimensional design at university. Her true passion for paper artistry, however, was kindled in 2010 during her maternity leave when she embarked on a creative exploration that has since come to define her artistic journey.
“I love that a single blank sheet of paper can be transformed into whatever your imagination allows. It’s like magic”
Emma is a proud member of the invitation only Paper Artist Collective. A group showcasing some of the worlds best paper artists.
Emma has exhibited her artwork all over the UK and been featured in several publications.
"In addition to her creative pursuits, Emma is passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills with others. She has hosted numerous paper crafting workshops and has even collaborated with Katy Sue Designs to create her own range of papercutting craft pads, titled 'Adventures in Papercutting', which feature her original designs for artists of all skill levels."
